KLASS - Knolls Lane After School Service
Knolls Lane After School Services is an established childcare facility that operates before and after school. We are based in the School Hall at St Agnes C of E Primary School.
We aim to provide an excellent service both to children and parents by offering a well-equipped, stimulating and safe environment.
Refreshments during the sessions will be provided at no extra cost. We strive to promote a healthy eating policy.
KLASS promotes an equal opportunities policy and will respect all cultures, ethnic origins and religions. We are aware that some children may have additional needs and we will work alongside parents in order to provide any appropriate care. All staff will abide by these policies showing respect and equal concern to parents and children.
All staff members have relevant childcare experience and participate in ongoing training courses to provide the best possible care for your child.

Fees 2022-23

Morning Session (including breakfast)
7.30 am - 8.50 am - £5.00
Afternoon Session (including snack)
3.15 pm to 5.30 pm - £6.50
3.15 pm to 6.00 pm - £7.00
Full-time place
£52.50 per week (until 5.30 pm)
£55.00 per week (until 6.00 pm)
'On the Day' Bookings (1 Hour)
3.15 pm till 4.15 pm charged at £5.00
In addition to the afternoon session, one hour of care is available from 3.15pm to 4.15pm. However, it is only possible to book on the day required and the number of places available is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: Children must be collected by 4.15pm or the full afternoon session fee will apply.

Terms and Conditions
Fees must be paid on the first day of care of each week. Failure to do so will result in loss of place.
There will be an administration charge of £5.00 for fees not paid on time.
KLASS must be notified in advance if anyone other than the designated person is to collect your child. We operate a password system in conjunction with this.
KLASS accepts child care vouchers.
Parent's occasional days off or holiday - full fee payable.
Cancellation of sessions booked and children's sickness - full fee payable.
For children not picked up on time there will be a charge of £10.00 for every 15 minutes of care. This is to cover the cost of two members of staff to wait with your child and the services of the caretaker.
